Announcement Concerning the Transfer of Shares of SII Nanotechnology Inc.

 
 

Seiko Instruments Inc. (SII) announced on May 24th that it has reached a basic　agreement with Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation (TSE: 8036, Hitachi High-Tech) to transfer all of the shares of its wholly owned subsidiary SII NanoTechnology Inc. (SII NanoTech) to Hitachi High-Tech.
SII NanoTech manufactures and markets measurement and analysis instruments. For more details, please refer to the announcement released by SII’s parent company, Seiko Holdings Corporation (TSE: 8050).
