Micro Flow Cell (Quartz Resonator Bio Sensing System)
Micro flow cell is attached to QCM (Quartz Crystal Microbalance) device and works as a detection device that takes measurements using micro flow channels.
Using μ-TAS (Micro Total Analysis Systems) technology and the quartz resonator, we succeeded in high precision measurement of infinitesimal change in weight of micro liter liquid that was previously not possible. The reaction cell volume was reduced to minimal level through the use of μ-TAS technology, enabling the testing of small samples and reagents.
