High spindle rotational accuracy is assured by using special precision angular contact ball bearings, tight manufacturing tolerances and precise balancing methods. Vibration analysis is used as part of the final operational inspection procedure.
Using these methods for manufacturing and testing insures a high dynamic stiffness and low vibration and noise levels.
All parts, including the bearings, are individually selected, assembled and adjusted under controlled conditions. This is done to insure that the spindles will operate reliably and accurately over an extended period of time, even at the maximum rated speed.
