Pivot Cartridge
Pivot Cartridge is use for the actuator arm movement with the magnetic heads doing the seek-and-read of data on the disks.

Plastic is installed into outer ring to add some functions.

It has the same function as Elastomer Bearing module for Roller, pulley, etc and also it provides a anti-electric corrosion as well due to its plastics sleeve is installed onto the outer ring of the inner SS sleeve.
