Seiko Instruments Inc. (SII) announced today that the SII original brand and licensed brand watch businesses were transferred to SEIKO NEXTAGE CO., LTD. (SNC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEIKO HOLDINGS CORPORATION.
The domestic ALBA brand and licensed brand watch businesses that had been under SEIKO WATCH CORPORATION were also transferred to SNC. As a company in which both companies’ watch businesses are integrated, SNC will strive to provide more fascinating watches to the world.
